            Bug ID: 137957
Summary: Laptop with nVidia dGPU: Soffice.bin runs on dGPU
                    except in Safe Mode
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.4.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: bugs at phntsm.anonaddy.com

Description:
Even after ensuring all graphical settings to run LibreOffice with the iGPU,
soffice.bin runs on the dGPU instead except in Safe Mode. As a result, this
could drain the battery very quickly. Since soffice.bin is a file (not an .exe)
there is no option to change its graphical settings. I have also noticed it
happening in the latest fresh version of LibreOfice.

OS: Windows 10 Version 10.0.18363
AMD 4800H and Radeon iGPU
RTX 2060 Mobile

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open nVidia Control Panel > Desktop > Check Display GPU Activity Icon in
Notification Area
2. Open LibreOffice or its other programs and monitor the icon.

Actual Results:
Soffice.bin is listed in dGPU activity.

Expected Results:
dGPU should be inactive. LibreOffice/soffice.bin should be running in the iGPU.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
There is no dGPU activity in Safe Mode, so I'm assuming soffice.bin runs on the
iGPU in Safe Mode or just doesn't run at all.
