the screen, with langaugepack Simplifed Chinese

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to header/footer edit dialog
2.choose 第1页, 共?页


Actual Results:
第1/99

Expected Results:
第1页, 共99页


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
