Cross-reference: It is no longer possible to refer to the number(!) of a
footnote. The number does not appear in the cross-reference.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert Cross-reference 
2.Bookmark (on Nummer of footnote)
3.Reference

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Number of the footnote


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
The bug is also in all Versions after 6.4.7.2
