Description:
Scrolling document slower showing changes (in a large document also containing
comments)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Wait until page counter finishes
3. Hold page down for 4 seconds -> Page 6
4. Edit -> Track Changes -> Show
5. Scroll up to top first page.. hold page down for 4 seconds


Actual Results:
With show track changes enabled holding page down reaches page 4 (in 4 seconds)
with show track changes enabled

Expected Results:
Previously it was page 12.. Of this is correct benchmark.. skipping frames or
so.. no clue. but surely smooth.. also when dragging page up/down


Reproducible: Always
