Thank you for reporting the bug. I can not reproduce the bug in

Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha1+

Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US

Calc: threaded

I could perfectly rotate the text snapped to grid at all angles in the daily
build... but I am going to keep this as unconfirmed because I am not sure
whether or not this bug can be reproduced on other versions.
