UI: a tooltip how the change unknown author for comment

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Writer
2. Insert a comment (assuming not user settings set in Tools -> Options -> user
data

Actual Results:
Yellow comment box; unknown author

Expected Results:
Maybe tooltip or way to change they author (so adding user data)


Reproducible: Always
