Example file from Word
Attached document contains a TOC that was copied from another document
(attachment #167115 ) and pasted.
When this is opened in Writer and all the changes rejected the empty TOC and
its title remain, while in Word rejecting the changes removes it completely.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document
2. Reject all changes
Actual results:
Title of the TOC and its field remains.
Expected results:
All of the TOC removed.
