Please understand that this is not a support forum but a bug tracker - please
ask your question at ask.libreoffice.org. My comment #3
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=137991#c3 directed to the
problems of your sheet. The dates are not calc dates but text, hence you need
to turn the text to date using `Data -> Text To Columns`. The second problem is
you are using a Line Chart, which is not the type of chart to be used if both
axis contain numerical data. You should use "XY(Scatter)" type chart.
