EMF compared in MSO and LO

As seen in screenshot, LO opened EMF differently up to 3.5, with right size but
part missing. 
>From 3.6 there was a change, likely EMF+ enabled. With EMF_PLUS_DISABLE=1 in
7.1+ it looks like in 3.5.
