Under LO Version: 6.4.6.2 (x86) (on Windows 10) the effect has changed
slightly:

On iteration #1242 i get the following error:

de.his.core.util.openoffice.OOoHelperBase$OOoCommandException: OO Error:
storeToURL

When i look at the produced output files #1241 shows font degeneration (bold is
missing) while #1240 still looks good.

Coincidence? i don't think so ;)
