This is not a bug. Since resolving bug 61228, this now works as intended, not
accepting any random string to be ignored (thus sometimes making an impression
it "works"). Comment 5 is absolutely correct. And there was never a
localization of formulas/function names in Writer.

That would be a documentation bug. References to those would be needed to
