With Xcode 12.2 and latest toolchain there are further issues during build:

Xcode 12.2 / Clang 12 / SDK 10.13: build ok
Xcode 12.2 / Clang 12 / SDK 10.14: build ok
Xcode 12.2 / Clang 12 / SDK 10.15: build ok
Xcode 12.2 / Clang 12 / SDK 11:    build NOT ok

With SDK 11 configure macro AC_CHECK_SIZEOF used in configure.ac fails. After
replacement with a workaround further errors follow. It is currently not
possible to build with SDK 11.
