Description:
When change the language for all text under Tools>Language>For All Text
LibreOffice change the default language settings applied to all documents as
changed in Tools>Options>Language Settings>Languages>Default Languages for
Documents.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change language in Tools>Language>For all Text

Actual Results:
Change the default language for all documents.

Expected Results:
Change the language for all text within the current document.


Reproducible: Always
