Confirming Emmerans evaluation: Blurry text with SDK 11 too. Issue is the same
as on macOS 10.14 and 10.15 without patch (or without compiling against SDK
10.13). Mix of sharp and blurry text depending on the situation is present on
macOS 10.14 and 10.15 without patch too.

To sum up: Starting with Big Sur there is no longer a workaround and issue has
to be resolved now - no need to modify build baselines.
