Moving objects (OLE, images, frames, tables) around is not possible neither
rows/cols are listed somewhere. So in respect to the Navigator I agree with the
previous -1/WF statements.

If it's about the table management itself, we have bug 113603 with some
considerations. Join the discussion there.
