            Bug ID: 138306
Summary: CALC would benefit from numerical tab formatting just
                    like writer
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.0.3.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: that.man.colin at gmail.com

Description:
So much time is expended trying to manipulate the alignment and decimal leading
or trailing zeros/spaces in numerical CALC cells that a decimal tab in
numerical cells with the identical function to the decimal tab in LO Writer
would obviate all that effort.
There are already a number of Bug Reports concerning the alignment anomalies in
numerical cells which are quite likely to have been inspired by users' efforts
to achieve a simple decimal alignment.
Right indent is implemented in eXcel but decimal alignment is not a feature.

Steps to Reproduce:
Feature request to be integrated into cell format

Actual Results:
Not a bug report

Expected Results:
Not a bug report

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Seems to be a new feature in 7.0.3.1 (x64) It's not possible to highlight any
data in the About LibreOffice pane.
But I can reproduce the URL containing the Build ID here :)

7.0.3.1 was newly installed today
