Description:
When I indent any level in specific numbering list item and Save, it will
reset.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attachment (track changes are enabled).
2.Indent any level for 七、前目之標價平均值加上底價後，……（It doesn't have this bug for other
lines.）
3.Save

Actual Results:
It will reset to 七、前目之標價平均值加上底價後，……(Even close this document and reopened)

Expected Results:
It will be saved and that line shows like （三）前目之標價平均值加上底價後，……or
5.前目之標價平均值加上底價後，……


Reproducible: Always
