bullet misaligment

When increasing the bullet size, vertical alignment of the bullet with text is
off when using one of the two default arrows bullets. The arrows isn't centred
with the text (obvious look at the "wings" of the arrow). See screenshot
attached

This happens even below 100% size (obvious from 60%). I have changed fonts to
try but it has no effects.

The alignment looks good for all other default bullet points so I think the
settings needs adjusting only for certain shapes (I think those shape that have
a "vertical centre" like arrows) and it is not a global problem.

This is also a common issue with Powerpoint and a few people create a hack to

Sadly no hack found for LO Impress (and well, I'm not going to start use
Powerless and Pointless anytime soon!)

Using LO 7.0.3 on KDE Neon.
