so ugly and outdated

In Windows and macOS, LibreOffice has ability to notif user when a updated
version available.

In Windows, this icon will show a baloon message, In my opinion, this message
does not follow modern UI. I suggest to change the appearance. Here some of
suggestions:

1. Keep the message in current position but update the message to use more
modern appereance like add a blurred shadow instead of strong border line
2. Move the message to right bottom position of the desktop and follow
operating system's notification scheme. This will definitely blend LibreOffice
with Windows which is one of casual UX approach. 

For the second option there is chance to add a button whether we can move the
update dialog button there or we can add a <More Information> button so update
dialog appears.
