Description:
The UI could be improved by ensuring that there are not 2 "Formula" items in
the insert menu that do two different things.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open writer (tested in Tab UI mode)
2. Navigate to "Insert" tab
3. Click on "Formula" item

4. Click on "Insert" item
5. Select "Formula" from the dropdown
-> 

Actual Results:
After step 3, the UI for styling maths formulas appears
After step 5, the formula calculations bar appears

Expected Results:
They should have different names
