I created this meta bug to collect those bugs affecting those Minority
languages, in order to attract more people to contribute.

In my understanding there are a lot of people studying those Minority languages
and characters, especially in high-level universities such as Minzu University
of China (where I was graduated), Southwest Minzu University etc. Some people
from there may be interested in this area - so we just keep a space for them to
find a task to fix.

Anyway, it is very possible that the bugs covered by this meta bug may not be
touched for years - that is because, as the name says, they are "Minority"
languages.
