No it is still there, at least on Windows builds, you'll see difference with a
mixed font formula like

1 over %alpha + 1 over {%alpha + 1}

Calculating the nodes "SmBinVerNode" results in different "nDenomDist" values
when the node holds OpenSymbol font, versus a mixed font node holding both
OpenSymbol & Liberation Serif.
