Well it is there in the help [1]. But which is incorrect? Count--dont' count,
empty paragraphs, empty lines?
A Blank paragraph is assigned a style, but it is not counted for the Document
Properties -> Statistics. Seems correct.
And line breaks in an otherwise empty paragraph are counted as 'characters' and
their use will increase the line count for each--the nolonger empty 'paragraph'
is counted.
Fix the documentation, or tweak the line/para statistics handling?
