Confirmed with both JPEG and PNG files attached (70.png, 70.jpg) in:

In LO 4 the right-click menu doesn't have a "Replace" option, so didn't try to
replicate on that version.

Set Status to NEW, earliest version to 5.4.5.1, platform to "All".
