            Bug ID: 138480
Summary: CALC Cell format display containing numerous
                    apparently duplicated Default formats
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.0.3.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: that.man.colin at gmail.com

Description:
When the format context menu is invoked, the Default - Swedish (Sweden)
numerical formats appear to be needlessly replicated for incremental decimal
places.
There is a parameter box to define how many decmal places are required. The
Format pane also visualises up to fourteen decimal places - amongst others -
which are all selectable. I would argue that if a user is manipulating the
characteristics of a numerical cell defined in the "Options" portion of the
pane then said user probably has half an idea what fourteen decimals looks
like. I jumped straight to 7.0.3 from 6.3 and I have only witnessed the
obviating transition with Release 7.
It is claimed within "Category" that these are "User-defined" but they were
certainly never defined by this user.

Steps to Reproduce:
[Ctrl]+1 OR Right mouse click on any cell and select "Format"

Actual Results:
See attached .png

Expected Results:
Only meaningful choices

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes
