For me was usual having delays on load some options windows in dev versions,
specially first time the windows are opened. Like [Ctrl+1] in spreadsheets.

But runs without delay for me with:
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 20180; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
