OK spent some time with HEXACORN dev Adam, their appid_calc.pl script needed a
tweak, but turns out we are not auto-generating the AUTOMATIC-DESTINATION-ms
appIDs. Instead for work on bug 35785 we are creating a custom AppIDs
(UserAppID) string for each module that are being recorded into the Windows
registry. Looking at bug 35785 these remain non-advertised, which if IUUC means
the MS Installer packaging must remove and recreate--clobbering the content in
the AutomaticDestination folder.

@Mike K., Fredric S, * -- would a change to "published" allow persistence in
the MSI upgrades?
