GtkSpinButton for .uno:FontHeight

The GtkSpinButton has the benefit compare to the drop-down widget for
FontHeight, that .uno:Shrink and .uno:Grow are not needed, cause there are
already +/- buttons within the GtkSpinButton.

Google Docs has also some kind of a SpinButton.
