It works here:

Version: 7.0.3.1 (x64)
Build ID: d7547858d014d4cf69878db179d326fc3483e082
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 20262; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

But not in 7.2.0.0.

I stand by my assertion. If need be, I'll find a way to make a video of it. 

I am on a development ring of Microsoft Windows, but that development ring
allows me to drag and drop in 7.0.3.1, but not 7.2.0.0.

This problem will more than likely manifest itself for everyone once the
released version of Windows catches up to the development version I'm using,
and I can't believe that I'm the only one experiencing this problem now.
