I don't know why this is still unconfirmed. There are more persons who
confirmed. General description could be bug 94090 but specific explanation with
umlauts is not. So I set New abd update the title. 
It would be better off someone tested it and confirmed (I cannot these days).
But, here are volunteers and if not, no reproach. Same if some advices were not
helpful, it was the best effort. 
As for solution: whoever needs this should fix it him/ herself. Or pay. Or just
wait for a volunteer a long as it takes.
