Selecting a word includes anchor

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Double click ABC
3. Type C

4. Undo everything
5. CTRL+H
6. Search ABC
7. Replace by C
8. Place replace -> Expected

Actual Results:
Image disappears

Expected Results:
Text disappears anchor still present


Reproducible: Always
