Description:
the password for opening a file cannot be removed

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create an new file (writer, calc or any other 
2.save the file with password
3.close the file
4.reopen this file
5. input the password
6. save the file again but with "save as" and without password (empty checkbox)
7. overwrite the existing file or generate a new one
8. close the file and reopen it

Actual Results:
you must enter the password again 

Expected Results:
no password has to be entered


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
