Description:
After File->Reload, if the user attempts to close the main window (with
window-manager controls) too quickly, LibreOffice aborts with a SEGFAULT.

Attached is a backtrace

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Set Macro security to "Medium" (prompt before enabling macros)

1. Load the attached "t.ods"
        ENABLE macros when prompted
2. File->Reload
        ENABLE macros when prompted
   Then *immediately* try to close the window by clicking
   the "X" in the window-manager title bar.

Actual Results:
Abort dialog, asking user if they want to report it

Expected Results:
LO should ignore or defer responding to Window Manager events while in a
critical section.
