The issue is solved resetting whole rows to automatic height.

Runs smoothly with:
Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 20180; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win

So maybe it has been solved at some point.

Marked as works for me, because it works on the latest version, and looks a
corner case.
