Please excuse me, but I didn't quite understand the answer, perhaps because of
my age (82 years). Adobe Reader, Google and Ashampo PDF Pro 2 read and print
documents that have built-in barcodes perfectly. I make this point because it's
a shame Libreoffice doesn't have this feature, since it's a complete suite,
outclassing Microsoft. I realise that, precisely because Libreoffice opens both
PDF and word type files, there may be difficulties, but I believe that the
developers are able to overcome them to make it a complete package. They are at
your disposal for whatever you may need.
