Description:
Deleting a comment sometimes disables the Comment-Navigator-dropdown. In this
case, the Comment option stays unusually colorful (as there still are other
comments left), the dropdown-triangle vanishes though.
This results in there being no way of opening the dropdown-list of all
comments. It's a dead menu-option now.

How to reproduce:
This is kind of a weird bug; not sure how to reproduce it, I managed to get it
a few times in a new document, so it should be document independent... it's
inconsistent though.
Here's how I think you get it:
1. Create a new document.
2. Write any amount of text.
3. Create a few comments.
4. Open Navigator (You can do this earlier as well.)
5. Open the comment-dropdown in the navigator to see all the comments.
6. Retract the comment-dropdown.
7. Delete one of the Comments.

(You might have to resolve/unresolve the comment first. No Idea whether this
has any effect... might just be a placebo.)
