A little hint that might help: reproduce the bug as stated in the original
description, then hit Undo once and Redo once.

1. Open attached document
2. Move the shape (with mouse or keyboardtowards the top of the page
3. Undo the last change
4. Redo the last change

The bug will occur after step 2 but _not_ after step 4!
