I have no idea what to do. I tried uninstalling and repairing a couple of
times, nothing changes.

It works with the old 6.4.6.2 that comes with the package manager, but that
version turned extremely ugly for some reason... so I'd prefer it if it worked
in the Flatpak version as well.
