Description:
Automatically preview is restarted after every scroll in duration time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Sidebar -> Slide transitions
3. Assuming automatic Preview checked
3. Scroll the duration time up -> every tick will cause a start of a new
preview..

Actual Results:
New preview -> holding up work

Expected Results:
Not sure how to solve this.. some waiting time.. before starting the preview?
