Well, you probably should be more specific about your example file, as the
formulas are not trival, and it's hard to see which cell has the wrong result. 
Also recalculation bugs are tricky to reproduce, it's better to give steps,
like: change cell A from value X to value Y, then cell B should also change,
but didn't.

On the other hand, if this bug only occurs in 7.0.2 and not earlier versions,
it's probably a duplicate of bug 137248.
