The image selection frame lagging behind when moving they image with arrow keys

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select blue square page 1 and hold arrow down

Actual Results:
Image selection frame stays behind catches up again lagging behind

Expected Results:
Drawing at seems speed


Reproducible: Always
