@Telesto:  Was your original enhancement request that there should be a special
menu item (e.g., "Format - First Page") that specifically changes the style of
the first page -- so that a user does not need to know that they must select
the first page and then use "Format - Page Style"?  Changing Status to
NEEDINFO.

In that case, the "Component" should be changed back from "Documentation" to
"Writer" and the summary changed to your original:  "Dialog is missing a
setting for changing page style for first page"  (and then it would be
appropriate to have UXEval -- on this clarified request)
