ATM it only apply in one case >Document>Sender.
Plus: The Help-button directly next do it is meat for explanation and does it:
>"Inserts fields containing user data. You can change the user-data that is displayed

It hurts my eyes to see in button inactive all the time but only active in 1
out of 48 cases! But sure, I also can write a bug-report for it.
