Comment tweak proposal

This should be dealt with ASAP given that it majorly lowers the practical
application of Writer. Comments become all but unusable with normal use (i.e.
lots of comments per page).

I do not think that the date or the author name should be hidden but I propose
to put them both into the same row to conserve space - as per my attachment.
