The simplified example file in Word 2013 and Writer 7.1master

The problem with the original file is that the textbox is anchored inside the
table on the left and the table has a -1.24 cm left indent. This is handled
differently.

In Word, the textbox of this file is aligned to an absolute cm value right of a
column. Even if the table has a left indent, it has no role in the alignment of
the textbox. The attachment has three pairs of table and textbox anchored
inside it:
- 11 cm table with 2 cm left indent, with a textbox aligned 13 cm right of
column.
- 4 cm table with 0 cm left indent, with a textbox aligned 4 cm right of
column.
- 4 cm table with -1 cm left indent, with a textbox aligned 3 cm right of
column.

In Word the textboxes start next to the right edge of the table.
In Writer the textboxes start:
- 2 cm right of the tables right edge
- 0 cm right of the tables right edge - same as in Word
- 1 cm left of the tables right edge, overlapping it.

On the second page the tables with non-0 left indent are copied with textboxes
anchored outside them in the previous paragraph. In these cases the layout is
correct.

So at least for docx import the layout should not consider the left indent of
the table containing the textbox shapes anchor.
