In MSO, there are 2 empty lines at the bottom of page 1. 
In LO 4.0, there was 1 line at the bottom of page 1. 
In LO 4.1, there were no lines at the bottom of page 1. 
(Later, there was regression an it was fixed for the document, but regardless,
I'll mark Version from 4.1.0).
