Description:
On LibreOffice Calc 7.0.2 cells with formulas are not updated when values in
other involved cells are changed. This occurs even with very simple spreadsheet
and basic formulas (see example attached).
If you press F9 to force the update the result is updated.

The issue occurs with new sheets created with L.O. 7.0.2, not necessarily with
files created with old version of L.O.

Deleting the user profile, reinstalling L.O. and restarting the computer does
not fix.

The same file(s) opened with previous a 6.x version of L.O. don't arise this
problem (cells are always updated, instantly)

This behavior seems to occur on Windows 10 if updated to version 1904 or above
(20H2)

I've made several tests:
L.O. 6.4.4 on Windows 10 rel. 2004 build 19041.572 -> OK
L.O. 6.4.4 on Windows 10 rel. 20H2 build 19042.572 -> OK
L.O. 7.0.2 on Windows 10 rel. 2004 build 19041.570 -> THE PROBLEM OCCURS
L.O. 7.0.2 on Windows 10 rel. 2004 build 19041.572 -> THE PROBLEM OCCURS
L.O. 7.0.2 on Windows 10 rel. 20H2 build 19042.572 -> THE PROBLEM OCCURS
L.O. 7.0.2 on Windows 10 rel. 1909 -> can't test

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new sheet with Calc 7.0.2, put a numeric value in cells A1 and B1
2. Insert the following in cell B2: =B1*A1 
3. Insert the following in cell B3: =B2*0,85
4. Format cell B1:B3 as value (just to be sure to reproduce everything as my
tests)
5. Change different values in A1

Actual Results:
Cell B3 doesn't update when you change value in A1

Expected Results:
B3 should update instantly changing value in A1


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
