Description:
Every time I try to down a new release of LibreOffice I get the following
message:
This site can’t provide a secure connectionmirrors.syringanetworks.net sent an
invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
What do I have to do to get the next release?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the "update available" icon in the upper right corner of the
spreadsheet.
2.Pop up window "Check for Updates", click on "Download...".
3.Redirected to "Download LibreOffice" website, click on "DOWNLOAD".
4.Redirected to "Your download ... should begin shortly" page, get error
message.

Actual Results:
Can not download file.

Expected Results:
The file should have been downloaded.
