Description:
Location of Page Properties and Draw; Page or Format

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Page properties are under 'Page' Properties

Actual Results:
They location makes sense..however all other applications use Format menu. And
I get confused pretty often. 

Expected Results:
Page Properties should move to Format Properties. Similar to Impress which has
they most in common (and in line with Writer/Calc)

And call it 'Page Properties' Not simply properties. Even though - in the
current case - this follows from they menu name.
