I see a bunch of junk-lookin text in the sidebar that upon Google Translate, is
autodetected to be Uyghur. I have absolutely no settings anywhere that indicate
that I'd understand that langauge, and that text is mixed in with English
anyway.

If I click on the first one,

it leads to a page with a bunch of sections in that language.
